So why a blog? Jill Burnham, I will give you all the credit for this one. You've inspired me. I read your blog everyday (Nacho Libre accent) and it brings a smile to my face. Whether I'm having a bad day or not, I know I can count on Jill B's blog to brighten my day. So thank you, Jill. You truly are a gem. Another reason is the fact that I'm a very poor journal writer. I'll do good and write in it for about 3 days and the next time I pick up my journal again I'm sneezing because I'm wiping off the dust from it. Poor thing gets tucked away and never looked at or written in until months later. It's pathetic and I know I will regret it one day for not taking the time to write in it. In fact, that regret has already settled in. I really wish I would write in it more. Well here's my chance for redemption. I suppose a blog isn't exactly like a journal, but it sure is close.
Last week, Lisa and I had a double date and we made PIZZA! As you can see here in this picture, there are potatoes on half of the pizza. Garrett had the bright idea to add them. Probably wasn't the best idea of the night because 1, they were crunchy and didn't taste all that great because we didn't put them on the bottom of the pizza. And 2, who puts potatoes on Pizza? Crazy Idahoan's do I guess! The pizza did turn out quite Delectable though (minus the potatoes, of course). I'm not much of a cook, but boy did we do an A+ job on that beauty.
I'll give another update soon and post some pictures of other recent activities I've been involved in. Happy thursday eve everyone.
Oh, and thank you Joe Dirt for the name of my first "post title." Couldn't have done it without chya!
